We engage in Valuation and Assessment of land and buildings, plant and machinery, furniture and fittings for various purposes such as insurance, financial purposes, rating, purchase, sale and liquidation.
We provide acquisition services for investors, governments, and companies including Right-Of-Way acquisitions, community desensitization workshops, commercial real estate acquisitions, amongst others. We act as liasons in compensation analysis, negotiation and final settlement of land owners.
In acquisition of occupied land, we also assess the environmental impact on the communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) and advise on the alternatives to acquiring in a socially responsible manner.
